Cloud Gaming Library Gets Smarter with Instant Labels

NVIDIA's GeForce NOW has rolled out a major update that immediately identifies games from connected subscriptions like Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft+ directly within the app. The new in-app labels, first previewed at GDC, eliminate the guesswork of finding available titles playable instantly via the cloud.

“This is about removing friction from game discovery,” said Alex Chen, a product lead at NVIDIA. “Players want to jump straight into their existing libraries without digging through menus to see what's streamable.”

How the New Labels Work

Once a user links their Xbox Game Pass or Ubisoft+ account, the GeForce NOW app now displays clear tags on each game’s details page. This allows users to quickly identify which titles are part of those subscription services and stream them with NVIDIA RTX performance.

“We’re building on what gamers already own,” Chen added. “The labels are just the latest step in making the cloud library feel like an extension of your personal collection.”

The feature is available across all GeForce NOW supported devices, including PC, Mac, Android, and certain smart TVs.

New Games Arrive This Week

Alongside the label update, GeForce NOW adds six new games to its streaming roster. The headliner is Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard, a frenetic roguelite horde escape title that layers absurd power‑ups and unpredictable upgrade paths.

“Every run in Vampire Crawlers becomes a chaotic race for survival,” said game director Marie Sato. “On GeForce NOW, the performance stays smooth even when hundreds of enemies fill the screen.”

The game is now available to stream on all membership tiers.

Thor Skin for Marvel Rivals

GeForce NOW Premium members receive first access to the Thor Midgard Umber Skin in Marvel Rivals starting today. The skin replaces the God of Thunder’s classic red cape with a battle‑ready umber design, available exclusively through the cloud platform for a limited time.

This cosmetic reward is part of an ongoing initiative to offer membership perks beyond game access.

GeForce NOW launched in 2020 as a cloud gaming service that lets users stream games they already own from PC storefronts like Steam, Epic Games Store, and now via subscription services. The platform runs on NVIDIA’s RTX servers, delivering high‑performance streaming to low‑end devices.

Previously, integration with Xbox Game Pass and Ubisoft+ required manual checking of which titles were streamable. The new labels automate this process, aiming to reduce search time and increase play time.
